We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest relations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous.
