Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic and driven Assistant General Manager to help lead the pre-opening efforts for our brand-new Tru by Hilton. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role from the ground up—supporting hiring, training, and getting the property ready to welcome its first guests. After opening, you’ll help ensure smooth daily operations, top-notch guest service, and strong team performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations with confidence and initiative
- Conduct room inspections to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction
- Assign and follow up on daily tasks to ensure accountability and results
- Handle guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with care
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and promote team success
- Step in as acting GM when needed
- Embrace learning opportunities and help build a culture of growth
- Inspire your team with positive leadership and a hands-on approach

Requirements:
- Prior PeP experience
- 2 Years of Hotel Management Experience
- Positive Approach to training and learning
- Enjoys a Casual Atmosphere
