Position: Part-Time
Pay: Starting at $15.50/hr
Shift: Mid, (Generally 11a-7p or 12p-8p)
In search of a reliable and motivated individual for the Laundry Attendant position at Tru by Hilton. This position is responsible for the processing of soiled linen and terry on a daily basis, maintaining the laundry room & public areas in clean and orderly state and assisting in housekeeping as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Provide the highest level of service to the guest at all times
- Process daily laundry as received from housekeeping team (sort, wash, dry, fold)
- Process stained laundry
- Fold linen according to proper standards
- Maintain and operate all laundry equipment in accordance with established procedures
- Keep laundry room cleaned and organized
- Repeated bending, stooping and lifting/moving weights up to 50 lbs. as well as prolonged standing/walking
- Assist with other housekeeping/public area duties as needed
- All other duties as assigned by a supervisor, of which you are capable
