**Breakfast Attendant** **Job Summary:** Join our team as a Breakfast Attendant where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests start their day on a positive note. We are looking for an individual with a passion for food service and exceptional customer service skills to provide a memorable dining experience for our guests. **Duties:** - Prepare and set up breakfast buffet in a clean and organized manner - Greet guests warmly and assist with any special requests or dietary needs - Maintain food safety standards and ensure proper handling of food items - Monitor and replenish breakfast items as needed to ensure a fresh and appealing presentation - Clear tables, clean dining area, and assist in bussing dishes when necessary - Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly - Operate cash register for guest payments if required **Requirements:** - Previous experience in food handling or restaurant settings is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Knowledge of basic knife skills for food preparation is advantageous - Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is beneficial - Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous Joining our team as a Breakfast Attendant offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where your dedication to providing excellent service will be valued.
