Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage reservations and assist with room assignments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit duties including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Ensure the safety and security of guests during the night shift
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hotel practices and procedures
