JOB OVERVIEW
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and minor repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance.
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and logic controllers.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Experience supervising maintenance projects is a plus.
