Our company is seeking a Hotel Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our outstanding hotel. The ideal candidate will be familiar with all aspects of hospitality, including guest satisfaction and employee professionalism, and will be committed to our high standards and work continuously to help us achieve our goals. We strive for excellence in every aspect of our hotel, from the front desk and housekeeping to our food offerings, so we are looking for candidates who are conscientious about every detail.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring staff.
- Training and guiding staff.
- Managing staff performance.
- Maintaining a safe and secure workplace environment.
- Arranging catering.
- Communicate with guests, co-workers and the public.
- Arrange for meetings and events.
- Negotiate with suppliers.
