Housekeeping Inspector
Duties:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Assist in the development and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Train housekeeping staff on how to properly and efficiently service guest rooms
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest services
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with maintenance team to address any repairs or maintenance issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management preferred
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, including floor care
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Knowledge of hotel industry standards and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints or requests in a professional manner
- Custodial experience is a plus
