Your Impactful Role as an Office Coordinator
In this pivotal role, you will:
First Point of Contact: Greet visitors and staff with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression and friendly atmosphere.
Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls to the Corporate line, providing professional and empathetic responses to inquiries and directing calls as needed. Provide back-up/intermittent support to our TRU Wellness Center line.
Office & Supply Management: Oversee supply orders for Corporate and Twin Cities Skilled staff, ensuring therapy and nursing supplies remain stocked. Assist with ordering company cell phones and maintaining the Comcast Business Voice portal.
Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail and packages, prepare admission folders and therapy handouts, and assist with assembling marketing materials such as folders and bags. Act as a back-up for Twin Cities Skilled payroll as needed.
Culture Advocate: Support and promote our 24 Expressions of Company Cultures (24 ECCs), fostering staff engagement and a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who is:
- Welcoming, with a talent for building rapport with diverse individuals.
- Quick-thinking, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Experience in medical office settings preferred
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
