What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management- Operations Administrator position at Tru Property Management Group?
We are seeking an Operations Administrator who's a flexible and committed self starter and would be driven to grow with our company.
Some daily tasks include:
- Establish and Maintain good relations with potential and existing owners and tenants
- Processing lease applications, generating lease agreements, lease renewals- including disclosures, explanation and obtaining of required renters insurance, processing and following through with notices issued to tenants and owners
- Assist with tenant move-in/move-out processes
- Process monthly accounting
- Respond to maintenance emergencies and facilitate work orders
- Completing paperwork, communicating with vendors, tenants and other professionals
My company is growing and evolving and I'm looking for someone who's committed to growing with me. I need someone who likes to learn new things, can stay up to date with changes in landlord/tenant law.
This is currently a 20-ish hour part time position, but could quickly work into full time- with a combination of in office and work from home time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
