The position is a 12-month contract, more than likely will go permanent at the end of the 12-months. You will be working as a Clinical Clerk for the WIC (Women, Infants & Children) program.Responsibilities include assisting clients complete all necessary forms and documentation, completing data entry and evaluating eligibility documents for residency, identification, income, and immunizations, explaining WIC program procedures to clients, answering phones, checking in patients, scheduling appointments, completing blood iron level check and anthropometric measurements, conducting community outreach, scheduling and assisting in conducting Nutrition and breastfeeding education classes, and other duties as necessary.Requirements : 1 year of clerical work or training experience is preferred1 year of experience in data entry is preferredHours : Monday - Thursday 8a-5 : 30pm, Friday 8a-12pm and 3rd Saturday of each month
