Will be responsible for patient check-in / out, rooming patients, answering calls, scheduling, marketing, and reaching out to patients and providers, data entry, restocking supplies and other duties as needed. Must have experience in a medical office setting, sales skills, strong verbal and written communication, medical terminology, and marketing skills.
MA certificate or degree in healthcare or business is required. Ideal candidate will be able to train into an Office Manager role.
Must have sales and marketing experience. A Medical Assistant that has worked in Dermatology, Cosmetics, Plastics, Aesthetics and Wellness upselling products and services would do well here.
