Responsibilities:
- Manage the parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing parts as needed.

- Oversee shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Implement efficient warehouse management practices to optimize space utilization and streamline operations.
- Procure parts from suppliers while negotiating competitive pricing and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill parts requests promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions and update the Order Management System accordingly.
- Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all parts department staff.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years managing staff.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Netsuite experience is a bonus)
- Experience in demand planning to forecast parts needs accurately.
- Strong data entry skills for maintaining precise inventory records.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in Automotive facilities.
