We are currently looking for a building maintenance person for our Norfolk, NE dealership. CDL preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
A. Perform any general maintenance in and around building.
B. Maintain the electrical, mechanical and physical structure in and around the building.
C. Perform basic repairs in and around the facility.
D. Maintain grounds in clean and orderly manner.
E. Perform minor construction projects for building.
F. Perform necessary updates in and around the building.
G. Perform maintenance of shop tools, heaters, air compressor and steam cleaners.
Qualifications
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
