What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator position at Truck Center Companies?

Founded in 1975, the Omaha, Nebraska based dealership has grown to 18 locations in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Minnesota with over 1000 employees. We are currently looking for a sales coordinator for our corporate offices in Omaha. The shift will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be detail oriented.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
- Coordinating drivers for truck moves from our other locations, customer and vendors.
- Prepare truck paperwork for customer's arrival or transfers.
- Process all vendor invoices in a timely manner to ensure on time payment to vendors.
- Review all truck files before submitting.
- Update truck inventory monthly.
- Additional duties, as needed
