We are currently looking for a Parts Manager for our Dodge City, KS dealership.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
- Project a positive, helpful and professional attitude toward our customer.
- Resolve any customer disputes in a manner both beneficial to the customer and TCC.
- Conduct monthly staff meetings
- Solicit feedback on current sales, discuss trends and implement new strategies.
- Develop and maintain total budget for Parts Department.
- Help implement sales/ marketing plan.
- Maintain level of inventory consistent with needs based on average monthly sales.
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts department employees.
- Perform annual evaluations of all parts department employees.
- Analyze departmental operations and storage layout and revise as needed.
- Review wages for all parts personnel.
