- Contract Repairs : Organizing external repairs when necessary, ensuring work is completed to standard.
- Quality Control : Inspecting completed work and associated documentation for accuracy and quality.
- Training and Mentoring : Providing guidance and support to new team members.
- Safety Compliance : Monitoring the workspace and staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Customer Communication : Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles and addressing any concerns.
