The Distribution Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations within a specified area of a regional distribution center, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage and motivate shift employees.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and oversee the work of direct reports
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Oversee the daily workflow and manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred
• 3 years of experience in operations or logistics required
• 1 years of experience at a leadership level with similar responsibilities preferred

• Required Licenses:
• Ability to become licensed in operating powered warehouse equipment such as reach forklift trucks and order pickers
