Under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, to provide efficient and courteous service to all inquiries by the electric and water customers of the District.

Minimum Qualifications:
Below are a list of requirements that represents the knowledge, skill or ability required for this position:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Two years clerical experience is required
- Experience using personal computers and software, including Microsoft Excel and Word is required
- Ability to accurately operate a 10-key calculator by touch and type at a speed of 40 WPM
- A valid Class C driver's license is desired
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
- Ability to rapidly and accurately calculate figures and amounts and handle money transactions
- Ability to write correspondence using correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Ability to effectively present information to customer and co-workers using tact and diplomacy
- Excellent customer services skills: friendly, courteous and helpful
