Garage door, sales, service and installation company in South Lake Tahoe, CA has an immediate part-time position open for an Administrative Assistant/Estimator/Purchaser. Ability to learn quickly and multi-task a must.
This position requires the ability to perform the following tasks:
- Answer a heavy volume of phone calls on a multi-line system
- Superior interpersonal skills and excellent phone etiquette
-Taking and scheduling service requests
- Drafting price quotes, sales orders, and invoices
- Order garage doors, garage door parts, and supplies
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Business correspondence
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions easily
- Legible handwriting and correct spelling a must
- Be able to prioritize and work independently
- General office duties
