Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders, Waitresses, and Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages that the waitress and servers will deliver. Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining the bar area. Your role is crucial in enhancing the overall guest experience in our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or similar systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service.
- Assist with catering events or banquets as required, providing support in food service when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender/Waitress/Server or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and cocktail preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Experience in nightclub settings or catering environments is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $15.07 - $17.46 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
