Job Title: Tiki Customer Service Representative

Location: 100% Outdoors (Not completely exposed to the elements)

Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our Tiki Customer Service team. As a Tiki Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in engaging with truckers and promoting our facility's amenities and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Truckers: Be outgoing and bubbly, striking up conversations with truckers to make them feel welcome.
• CB Radio Communication: Use the CB radio to coach drivers into coming to our facility.
• Scripted Communication: Read and use a script when speaking to truckers for their first visit, ensuring they are well-informed about our services.
• Informing Drivers: Provide detailed information about our many amenities to truckers.
• Selling Products and Services: Sell drivers on our products and services.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content that will be posted to our many social media outlets.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable with promoting the business to truckers over CB radio.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with creating fun promotional videos for social media is a plus.
