- Obtain sales orders for heavy-duty truck parts
- Determine customers' truck parts needs
- Assist customers with warranties
- Generate tickets for orders to the warehouse
- Process orders for the outside sales team
- Maintain inside sales skills and product knowledge for all TruckPro parts and services
- Heavy-Duty Truck Parts knowledge, preferred
- Automotive parts knowledge/experience, also a plus
- 1-2 years’ work experience in parts sales
- Computer proficiency, with the ability to learn new programs
- Initiative to address challenges and seek solutions
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Passion for customer service
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Strong organization and time management
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- The associate will be required to stand for long periods of time
