Key Responsibilities Include:
- Partner with Director, Operations Analytics to initiate new, and enhance existing, reporting strategies to optimize data use company-wide and ensure analytics are aligned to the business needs
- Translate business needs into tools, metrics, and dashboards for actionable insights and data visualization
- Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities efficiently (inventory optimization, customer profitability, customer churn)
- Conduct detailed analysis of metrics used across business disciplines to evaluate processes, drive improvements or create enhancements that drive efficiency and profitability
- Establish or enrich KPIs in line with company directives
- Prepare ROI / cost-benefit analysis related to strategies and changes within the business, such as initial depth vs replenishment flow, speed to store or clearance / surplus generation
- Provide general ad hoc analysis / analytics as needed
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Math, IT, or Engineering is required.
- MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
- 5-7 years of work experience in a related field (analytics, sales operations, finance)
- Experience developing complex Tableau reporting is required
- Working knowledge of SQL and Snowflake is required
- Deep knowledge of Excel and data aggregation techniques required
- Business manager mindset with a drive for continuous process improvement (business intuition and inquisitiveness)
- High analytic and financial acumen with a desire to problem-solve
- Capable of working through complicated problems with minimal direction
- Strategic thinker with an ability to adapt and pivot given business learnings
- Strong organizational agility to enhance cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Adept at developing well-structured communications and presentations
- Able to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner with clear recommendations

Physical Demands / Work Environment:
- The work is sedentary. Typically, the associate may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some movement from area to area, transporting of items such as a laptop computer, paper, books, luggage and small parts, driving an automobile, etc.
- While performing the primary duties of the job, the associate will be regularly exposed to typical inside general office environment.
