TruckPro Benefits : Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Benefits 401K with Company Match Health Savings Account with Company Match Life insurance coverage Paid Time Off - starts Day 1 Holiday Pay Hybrid flexibility, after training / onboarding On-site gym facility and walking trail Excellent growth and advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Include : Partner with Director, Operations Analytics to initiate new, and enhance existing, reporting strategies to optimize data use company-wide and ensure analytics are aligned to the business needs Translate business needs into tools, metrics, and dashboards for actionable insights and data visualization Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities efficiently (inventory optimization, customer profitability, customer churn) Conduct detailed analysis of metrics used across business disciplines to evaluate processes, drive improvements or create enhancements that drive efficiency and profitability Establish or enrich KPIs in line with company directives Prepare ROI / cost-benefit analysis related to strategies and changes within the business, such as initial depth vs replenishment flow, speed to store or clearance / surplus generation Provide general ad hoc analysis / analytics as needed Successful Candidates Will Have : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Math, IT, or Engineering is required.
