We are seeking a dynamic and detail – oriented Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our growing team. As a Commercial Lines Account Executive with Trucordia, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with commercial lines clients and partnering with producers to service accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail – oriented Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our growing team. As a Commercial Lines Account Executive with Trucordia, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with commercial lines clients and partnering with producers to service accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain account life cycle consistent with industry standards.
- Collaborate with Account Managers in client documentation such as invoicing, policies, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
- Identify opportunities with new and existing clients to grow revenue through account rounding and referral activities.
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.
- Prepare written correspondence, reports and analysis as needed in AMS360.
- Work with and assist accounting department on clients’ aged receivables and account reconciliation.
- Valid California State Property & Casualty Brokers License
- 5-10 years of insurance industry experience in commercial lines
- Experience working with Property owners and Managers is a plus.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively secure new business and maintain an existing client base.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team, sense of humor a plus.
- Experience with AMS360 preferred.
