Job Summary : As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Trucordia, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support related to personal line support.Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide quotes for personal lines in addition to surplus lines quoting.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process both new business and renewals for customers.
- Skillfully identify and assess customers' needs, delivering appropriate and effective solutions.
- Process payments and submit insurance premiums accurately and in a timely manner.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to continuously improve service quality.Qualifications :
- 4 years as a Customer Service Representative in Insurance.
- Valid Texas State Insurance License.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
