Here at Trucordia, we are looking to hire a Director of Salesforce Implementation, who will oversee the deployment and adoption of our Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process, coordinating cross-functional teams, and advancing Salesforce initiatives that are critical to achieving our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation and a proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementation projects on a nation-wide scale, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Oversee system integrations, data migrations, and configurations to ensure seamless adoption of Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce implementation projects, addressing issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Drive post-implementation support and enhancements to optimize system performance, ensure user adoption, and promote the growth of active users.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in business applications implementation and project management.
- 5 years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategy while managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Implementation Architect) are not a requirement, but a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
