In this role, you will lead the implementation and training of Trucordia’s insurance office system suite, ensuring seamless adoption across internal teams and newly acquired offices. You will drive the successful rollout of Agency Management Software (Vertafore’s AMS360 and BenefitPoint), our Broker CRM (Salesforce), and other integrated systems. Additionally, you will support key learning initiatives to enhance system proficiency and operational efficiency companywide.

In this role, you will lead the implementation and training of Trucordia’s insurance office system suite, ensuring seamless adoption across internal teams and newly acquired offices. Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in Trucordia’s systems suite and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Build strong relationships with project teams, departments, and SMEs to drive learning and development initiatives.
- Coordinate, schedule, and communicate all training through Trucordia University, our company LMS.
- Facilitate companywide training on key systems, including AMS360, BenefitPoint, Salesforce, and integrated applications like Zywave, InsurLink, PL Rating, Reference Connect, HubSpot, and RingCentral.
- Oversee the implementation, content curation, and delivery of systems training, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Develop job aids, workflows, training materials, and knowledge checks to support continuous learning.
- Track and report training completion while collaborating with operations, system development, and marketing teams on training initiatives.
- Promote a culture of learning by connecting employees, offices, and departments with ongoing growth opportunities.
- Experience using or training on agency management systems, and CRM’s.
- 2 years’ experience creating and delivering technical training solutions.
- 2 years’ experience with facilitating large groups, in the classroom and virtually.
- Past consultation and working with SMEs at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and understanding of instructional design concepts.
- Able to travel of up to 20%
- Insurance industry knowledge, internal agency experience and license
- Experience with Salesforce, and Vertafore systems
- Training industry credentials: CPLP, CPDT or APTD certification
- BS degree or equivalent service and field experience
- Experience using learning management systems.
- Experience using eLearning authoring tools, such as, Adobe creative cloud, Articulate, Camtasia, other authoring tools.
