The Trucordia Marketing team is seeking a Website Manager to maintain and optimize our HubSpot-hosted website, lead a large-scale site migration, and enhance SEO and analytics. This highly collaborative role will work cross-functionally to integrate our recent rebrand across all offices, while concurrently driving organic traffic and ensuring an exceptional user experience.

The Trucordia Marketing team is seeking a Website Manager to maintain and optimize our HubSpot-hosted website, lead a large-scale site migration, and enhance SEO and analytics. This highly collaborative role will work cross-functionally to integrate our recent rebrand across all offices, while concurrently driving organic traffic and ensuring an exceptional user experience.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company website hosted in HubSpot, ensuring alignment with company goals and Marketing initiatives.
- Lead the migration of 140 office websites into the corporate website and audit content over the next 12 months.
- Collaborate with the Data & Tech team on integrations across departments (HR, M&A, client portals, etc.).
- Optimize website performance, including A/B testing, SEO improvements, and technical issue resolution.
- Enhance lead funnels and calls-to-action based on audience and visitor behavior.
- Work closely with the marketing team on content updates and competitor analysis.
- Utilize analytics tools to track website performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and stakeholders, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Proven experience in website management, including maintenance, updates, and performance optimization.
- Strong technical proficiency in HTML/CSS, HubSpot Content Hub, and fundamental web development concepts.
- Experience with web analytics and SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, to track performance and enhance user experience.
- Ability to analyze data and user feedback to drive website improvements in design, functionality, and content management.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams to align website strategies with business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
