We’re looking for a Product Development Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Brand Managers to bring new, innovative products to life—products that delight customers and drive growth. If you’re passionate about product development, love tackling challenges, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
This is a hybrid position. You’ll work onsite at our Fremont (Seattle) office three days a week. Candidates must be located within commuting distance.
What You'll Do:

About The Role
We’re looking for a Product Development Associate to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do:
- Partner with the Brand Manager and sales team to determine pricing strategies and product positioning
- Maintain detailed records of product development activities, including specifications, cost data, and vendor details
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling packaging and promotional materials
- Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with our domestic suppliers and overseas offices
- Negotiate pricing and quality to optimize cost savings and ensure competitive pricing
- Manage many projects simultaneously, driving each from conception through post-launch reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, and Industrial Design
- Work with the supply chain team to optimize the quality and costs of existing consumable product line
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Product Development, Marketing, Design, or a related field—or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry, ingredient functionalities, quality assurance and manufacturing
- Knowledge of product development processes, including design, prototyping, and production
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- 1-2 years of experience in Product Management or Merchandising
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Product management or supply chain management in the food and beverage, or related industry (1 years)
- Experience working with co-packers
- Experience with FDA regulation related to food and beverage product is a plus
- $65,000-$80,000 base salary
