True Brands is currently hiring for an on-site Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees warehouse operations
• Be the subject matter expert on our warehouse management system (WMS)
• Hires and manages warehouse associates
• Organizes and leads warehouse trainings
• Follows the standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Sets the shift schedule and daily assignments
• Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures
• Supervises packaging, receiving, shipping, and value-added services activities
• Completes packaging, receiving, shipping, and value-added service tasks as needed
• Tracks in-bound and out-bound inventory
• Collaborates with the customer service team and other departments
• Escalates issues to managers and recommends potential solutions
• Ensures the team follows company policies and procedures
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner
• Excellent time management skills and must be able to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000-$65,000 depending on experience level
