True Brands is currently hiring for an on-site Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees warehouse operations
- Be the subject matter expert on our warehouse management system (WMS)
- Hires and manages warehouse associates
- Organizes and leads warehouse trainings
- Follows the standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Sets the shift schedule and daily assignments
- Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures
- Supervises packaging, receiving, shipping, and value-added services activities
- Completes packaging, receiving, shipping, and value-added service tasks as needed
- Tracks in-bound and out-bound inventory
- Collaborates with the customer service team and other departments
- Escalates issues to managers and recommends potential solutions
- Ensures the team follows company policies and procedures
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner
- Excellent time management skills and must be able to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- $50,000-$65,000 depending on experience level
