9 to 20 stores in 2025. Our goal is to build a

that seamlessly integrates with our
eCommerce business.
We are looking for a
Director of Stores
to lead and scale True Classic's retail operations, driving store expansion, operational excellence, and profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our retail strategy, fostering strong leadership, and ensuring alignment with our omnichannel approach.
Area of Responsibility (AOR) :
- Retail Expansion
Lead expansion from 9 to 20 stores in 2025.
Identify key markets and oversee store openings.
Ensure smooth execution, from site selection to staffing.
Metrics : Store openings, revenue, and ROI.
Implement best practices for staffing, inventory, and efficiency.
Drive profitability through cost control and sales initiatives.
Set KPIs for store managers.
Metrics : Profit margins, cost efficiency, and staff engagement.
Align in-store and online shopping experiences.
Optimize inventory visibility and services like BOPIS.
Train staff to deliver a seamless brand experience.
Metrics : Customer satisfaction, omnichannel adoption.
Own store revenue and align with company sales goals.
Execute localized marketing and in-store events.
Optimize product assortment based on data.
Metrics : YoY revenue growth, sales per square foot, campaign ROI.
Build and develop a high-performing store leadership team.
Ensure strong collaboration across marketing, eCommerce, and supply chain.
Implement training for brand alignment and operational excellence.
Metrics : Employee retention, training completion, cross-functional success.
Qualifications :
5 years in multi-store retail leadership, expansion, and operations.
Proven track record in driving sales and efficiency.
Strong financial acumen and P&L management.
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits :
120K - $140K base with competitive bonus

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
