We are seeking an exceptional Recruiting Assistant to support True Classic's Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruiting process for contractor hiring, ensuring smooth and efficient interview coordination for all roles, and driving innovative solutions in sourcing and scheduling. This position plays a key role in supporting the company's growth goals, optimizing talent acquisition processes, and enhancing the overall candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Areas of Accountability
Interview Coordination
Own the scheduling and coordination of interviews for all open roles at True Classic, ensuring a seamless process for candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Full-Life Cycle Recruiting
Manage end-to-end recruitment for contractor roles, including requisition kickoffs, sourcing, screening, and facilitating the offer process.
Utilize platforms like Upwork and Fiverr to attract and hire high-quality contractor talent in a timely manner.
Stakeholder Communication and Alignment
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align on hiring priorities, provide status updates, and ensure timely decision-making.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders via Slack updates, weekly status meetings, and detailed candidate feedback.
Process Optimization and ATS Management
Maintain and optimize workflows within the ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in candidate tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Candidate Experience
Ensure every candidatewhether for contractor or full-time roleshas a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process, reinforcing True Classic's employer brand.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience with full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the hiring process.
Demonstrated success in coordinating high-volume interviews across multiple roles and stakeholders.
Experience managing candidate communications, scheduling, and logistics with precision and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
Familiarity with contract hiring platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
Skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and update stakeholders effectively.
Exceptionally detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.
A team player who thrives on building relationships and driving results.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with diverse responsibilities.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to address scheduling challenges and identify creative sourcing strategies for contractor roles.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Greenhouse.
Experience with Upwork as a Client.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices for contractor hiring.
Experience in sourcing candidates using various tools (i.e. LinkedIn, AI)

Work Environment :
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location with reliable internet access within the United States. You will spend extended periods at a computer, so a comfortable and ergonomic workspace is essential. We provide the necessary tools and support to ensure a productive and collaborative virtual work experience. Additionally, the company holds quarterly all-hands meetings in California, which you would be expected to travel to and attend in person.
