We’re hiring! True Digital Communications is looking for a full-time Digital Advertising Specialist who will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and regularly reporting on digital advertising campaigns for True’s clients. This position is primarily focused on Google Ads, paid social media, programmatic advertising, and media buying, but also includes aspects of search engine optimization, data analysis, and reporting.
Digital Advertising Specialists are key contributors toward the development and implementation of client strategy, tailored to our clients’ specific goals and objectives. They establish Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure we are hitting campaign goals. They continuously monitor the effectiveness of these programs to ensure we are driving value and ROI. They have a knack for analytics, are results-oriented, and stay curious in their approach. Key Responsibilities :
- Setup, ongoing optimization, and management of Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clients across multiple platforms, including management of paid ad budgets.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade media buys, both traditional and digital, that align with client target audiences to drive awareness and credibility.
- Dashboard creation, analysis of campaign data and monthly reporting on KPIs, recommendations and strategy monthly.
- Plan, implement, and monitor best-practices for SEO strategies by utilizing insights gathered from keyword research, on-page analysis, and technical audits.
- Engage in client meetings and strategy sessions, providing consultative feedback based on subject-matter expertise.
- Actively collaborate with True’s Creative Content and Account Service teams to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives.
- Support True’s internal marketing initiatives through development of thought-leadership content, case studies and management of digital advertising programs.
- Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, staying on top of the latest trends in digital advertising and analytics.
- Acquire and maintain technical certifications related to area of expertise.
- Additional responsibilities may be added based on the experience and skillset of the employee in the role.
