Team Building Facilitator

This is a fun and rewarding part time position! The flexible schedule is great for college students. Lead groups of all ages through team building, high and low ropes, and challenge course activities. The camp environment is perfect for those with a passion for outdoor recreation! This is a great opportunity for retired teachers who are wanting to lead activities in a casual setting.
Schedule: Part time with flexible hours. Events usually run from 9-2 or 12-5 (may vary), hiring for Spring 2025
Pay: $17.42 per hour through training, then $20-25 per hour based on the number of events worked
Location: Camp Friendship in Annandale, MN and Camp Courage in Maple Lake, MN with the opportunity to pick up more hours at our other locations

How You'll Contribute:
- Guide, instruct, and supervise cooperative team building activities
- Lead participants in safely using high ropes and challenge course
- Facilitate discussions and debriefs to help groups build trust, communication, and cooperation
- Set up, take down, and properly store equipment utilized in activities
- Assists in development of the program
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Have a minimum of 1 weekday availability (8am-5pm)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Desire to work with individuals of all ages and abilities
- Available to work in Annandale, Maple Lake, and Eden Prairie (carpool available.)
- Comfortable with heights
- Ability to move in a wide range of motion
- Ability to move continually during work hours
- Pass an organizational background check
- Able and willing to handle conflict and work through team challenges
