Schedule: Seasonal, May-August 2025
Location: Based out of Camp Friendship in Annandale, MN, but working at all camp locations (Maple Lake, and Eden Prairie)
Pay: $15.63 per hour

How You'll Contribute:
- Coordinate off‐site transportation including advance calls to families, communication with partner groups, coordination with bus drivers, assigning staff to roles and providing oversight
- Manage luggage labeling, loading, and unloading
- Assist in providing transportation for various day trips
- Develop and maintain good relations with staff members and volunteers
- Assist to provide weekend and free time activity options for staff providing off‐site transportation
- Maintain and develop good relationships with customers utilizing True Friends services
- Document notes in camper files for future summers
- Collect and manage payments from campers
- Make fiscally responsible decisions regarding transportation costs
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and communicate vehicle maintenance needs to appropriate personnel
- Assist in managing and organizing the summer staff transportation to and from the airport, bus, and train stations
- Coordinate vehicles throughout the week and weekend for activities, clinic runs, and staff trips
- Communicate transportation plans
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have an acceptable driving record and pass a motor vehicle record check
- Must demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities, parents, care providers and general community
- Willingness to be a positive team member, good organizational skills, possess valid driver’s license, ability to use or learn computer word processing and database systems
- Able to hear, read, and write in English
