True Heart Hospice in Austin is looking for a Part-Time Visit Social Worker to assist with the needs of our hospice patients in the Bell County area. We provide care to our patients wherever they call home, and a reliable vehicle and the willingness to drive is a must. (Mileage reimbursement is given in the full federal amount!)
