ROLE SUMMARY
The team at True Homes Real Estate Media is looking for a talented Media Specialist who is experienced in photography, videography, and drone operation. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and advanced client relationship and customer service skills. They will also possess a growth mindset, always being open to feedback and direction, while looking for ways to improve their skills and innovate. Additionally, they will be passionate and understand that producing high-quality content starts with a love for the craft. A Media Specialist will be able to spearhead new initiatives and manage existing employees and processes. We are looking for someone who will be able to scale up the quality of our video content on behalf of the entire team.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

BONUS POINTS
- You have a valid Part 107 drone pilot certification.
- Real estate industry, marketing/sales, client directing, and/or business/operations experience.
- You’re comfortable using a 3-axis gimbal to shoot stabilized video content.
- Proficiency with DSLR camera systems and lenses.
- Experienced completing personal branding projects, setting up studio lighting, using flash, and shooting portrait photography.
WORK HOURS & EARNING POTENTIAL
- Pay will be $20-28/hr (based on experience).
- Working hours will start at a minimum of 20 per week, with the potential to scale up to full-time, 40 hours per week. Any overtime hours will be paid accordingly.
- Exact working hours are dependent on the needs of the business and the completion of projects.
- The standard work schedule ranges from Monday to Friday, 9:00A to 6:00P, with some necessary evening and/or weekend hours.
- 10 days of Paid Time-Off (PTO) after 90 days of employment for full-time employees, with additional PTO on holidays.
- Mileage on travel for work will be reimbursed at 80 dollars per week, and will be reimbursed at the standard rate for drives over 45 miles.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions
- Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hand, and/or fingers
- Operating light machinery and/or electronic equipment
- Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
- Driving to complete job duties and standing for extended periods of time
