We are looking for a dedicated Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our customer's properties. This position requires lawn mowing, weed eating, edging, shrub trimming, mulching. A passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team is preferred. Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns.
- Assist in landscape maintenance by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Use power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. .
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and disposing of waste properly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client expectations.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
Qualifications
- Experience in lawn care maintenance is required.
- Equipment Maintenance experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with power tools and landscaping equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
