Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in managing estate sale events, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Support the Retail Sales Manager in team supervision, training, and performance management.
- Engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Help with merchandising, inventory organization, and overall store presentation.
- Work closely with the Donation Team and Movers to facilitate seamless estate transitions.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Valid Class C driver's license.
- Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays) to meet retail business needs.
- Verifiable 2 years or more experience in a retail or hospitality setting is required.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality setting preferred.
- Frequent travel within the county and occasionally to neighboring counties.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.
- Bending, stooping, climbing ladders or stairs.
- Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, fingers, and upper body.
- Ability to see and read computer screens, small electronic devices, and maps.
- Ability to detect specific noises for proper equipment operation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical.
- Work may involve exposure to dirt, dust, fumes, loud noise, or chemicals.
