Caregiver

Position: Caregiver for Assisted Living Home
Overview:
Our assisted living home is seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. This position will require you to be available to assist residents with their daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, meals, and housekeeping.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and instructions
Plan and prepare nutritious meals, taking into account individual dietary restrictions and preferences
Maintain a clean and comfortable living environment for residents, including performing light housekeeping duties such as laundry and dishes
Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents, families, and medical professionals in a respectful and professional manner
Education and Training:
Certification in CPR and First Aid required
Valid TB test required

Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program preferred, but not required
