We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator/Sales Director to join our team. This role is crucial to the success of our programs and serves as the 1st point of contact for parents, students, and leads. The ideal candidate is a friendly, energetic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who enjoys working with children and families.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing info about programs, schedules, and pricing.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and staff to create a welcoming environment.
- Sign up new students by explaining program benefits and offerings.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain schedules for meetings and appointments, coordinating with team members.
- Ensure the front desk is organized and professional.
- Foster a positive, supportive environment that aligns with the school's values.
Experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Canva, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience working around children a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
