Essential Job Functions:
- Create the client project plans and Master Service Agreement, along with accompanying Statement(s) of Work.
- Coordinate all services with relevant TrueNorth teams and ensures the execution of the project plan.
- Maintain and enhance the firm’s relationships with existing client decision makers by executing proactive, creative, and ongoing interaction.
- Proactively make client aware of value-added services and actively identifies cross-selling/rounding out opportunities to be communicated to Lead/Servicing Producer, including all firm divisions.
- Review client needs and make coverage recommendations/suggestions.
- Maintain and manage relationships with Strategic Partners as well as TrueNorth’s Production Team and Service Teams.
- Handle special requests, contract reviews or reports as designated by the client.
- Continuously seek to identify opportunities and solutions that allow for more effective and efficient delivery of a top-quality client experience in relation to new services, coverage, technologies, etc.
- Coordinate stewardship plan and completion and delivery with the client.
- Coordinate the preparation of new and renewal proposal presentations with Producer, Account Manager, and/or Broker Team and assist in presentations to clients.
- Coordinate, discuss & manage client renewal strategy meeting with assistance of Broker/Account Manager.
- Request information from clients for new business and coordinate the request of information for renewal business.
- Lead and deliver end-to-end client service, adhering to standardized policies, procedures, and Professional Service Standards.
Credentials:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Knowledge of the agricultural cooperative industry required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance is preferred
- Appropriate licensing and delegations required; CPCU or CIC designation ideal
- Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and able to quickly learn and utilize other computer applications

- Capable of identifying opportunities for additional TrueNorth products, services, and practices.
