Position Overview :
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join the executive team. The CRO will play a critical role in driving growth objectives by developing and executing strategies that increase revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen relationships with Oracle and end customers. The ideal candidate will have a robust network within the Oracle ecosystem and a proven track record of success in sales and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market opportunities.
- Sales Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer success and continuous improvement.
- Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Leverage industry insights and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, Oracle partners, and stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Revenue Management : Oversee the development and execution of pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and revenue targets. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other executive team members to align revenue strategies with overall company goals. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications :
Education :
