Job Description – Director of Community Physicians Group
Overview :
The Director of Community Physicians Group is responsible for the overall administration, strategy, and operations of physician group services. Reporting to the CEO , this role focuses on growth, optimization, and transformation of service lines to improve financial performance, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning, execution, and administration of physician practice management.
- Lead service line development, strategy, and financial oversight to ensure strong production and growth.
- Engage and integrate physicians, APPs, and staff to maintain high-performing teams .
- Manage physician hiring, engagement, compensation, quality metrics, and patient experience .
- Develop business plans and financial proformas for expanding service lines.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure alignment with overall mission, vision, and goals.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost containment, and high-quality patient care .
- Participate in budget planning, financial forecasting, and resource allocation .
- Mentor and develop practice managers and administrative leaders.
