Job Description
- Evaluate and treat patients using personalized therapy plans
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and progress
- Ensure patient accountability for attendance and adherence to therapy programs
- Complete all necessary documentation and update treatment plans as needed
- Supervise PTAs and therapy technicians
- Conduct free consultations and assist in patient outreach
- Maintain accurate case management records and productivity reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team for community engagement efforts
