Contract Position | Full-Time
Seeking passionate CREDO Facilitators to lead transformational retreats and workshops for military personnel and their families. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to inspire, guide, and empower service members in their personal and professional lives.
You will play a critical role in helping people navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and build resilience through enrichment retreats, workshops, and leadership training. Your impact will contribute directly to the well-being, morale, and readiness of those who serve our country.
Responsibilities
✅ Facilitate Core Programs, Core Plus Workshops, and other leadership development training
✅ Engage with military leaders, offering support, mentorship, and professional guidance
✅ Develop additional capabilities and initiatives for the CREDO mission
✅ Provide emotional, relational, and leadership coaching to service members and their families
✅ Collect data and track performance metrics to measure program effectiveness
✅ Travel throughout the 12-state Southeast region as needed to deliver impactful training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Divinity, Pastoral Care, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field - OR - Three years of professional experience leading, mentoring, or facilitating groups in a supportive environment
Master’s degree or equivalent in Divinity, Pastoral Care, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field preffered
Three years of professional experience leading, mentoring, or facilitating groups in a supportive environment
Experience working with military personnel and a strong understanding of military culture, ethical values, and social issues
Dynamic public speaking and facilitation skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a background check
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
