You’ll Focus On
- Washes new and used machines, using either mobile or facility washing equipment
- Performs timely routine inspections of the facility, service vehicles, and trailers
- Works closely with the location service manager on shop & facility repairs
- Perform facility and grounds maintenance for the dealer properties (snow removal, lot maintenance, and weed control)
- Operates forklift/payloader to transport parts, equipment and supplies for the dealership
- Assists and supports the moving of displays/equipment within the dealership properties
- Performs turf deliveries and pickups of products to and from customers and True North locations
- Timely completion of work orders and any necessary documentation required in conjunction with job assignments
- Maintains a clean and organized tool room
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follows all safety rules and regulations set by True North Equipment and OSHA, in performing work assignments
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job and work 45 hours per week, every other Saturday during peak business needs, and some holidays
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team oriented environment
- Accountable for all time and material used in performing assigned tasks
- Supports other service related functions and tasks under the direction of the location service manager
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds as needed
- Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned
- Customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license required, a clean MVR, and meet requirements to drive company owned vehicles
- Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S without company sponsorship
- Understands and adheres to TNE customer data policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources.
- Ensure that company’s reputation and image in the community is consistent with TNE values
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Follows safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and
- ensure a secure working environment. Understands and adheres to TNE customer data policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources.
- Ensure that company’s reputation and image in the community is consistent with TNE values
- Normal hours worked are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm in our off season. Seasonal hours worked are Mon-Fri 730am-530pm and every other Saturday 730am-12pm, with the ability to flex up seasonally

- $15-$20 depending on years of experience.
