Job Description
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, preferably in the turf and construction equipment industry. They will be responsible for representing True North Equipment in the sale of turf and CCE products to customers in the Grafton sales area, maintaining current product knowledge, monitoring competitive activity, and communicating effectively with management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining customer information, following a defined sales process, and conducting equipment field demonstrations as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the candidate will need excellent customer relationship skills, the ability to work flexible hours and weekends, and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to use standard desktop applications and organization-specific programs.
